Who we are

Quick Tyre Services Ltd (“we”, “us”) provides mobile tyre services in London and Hertfordshire. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14659225, registered office 124 City Road City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

When you call, email, use the form on our contact page or use our services, we may collect:

• your name and contact details, such as phone number and email address
• the location of your vehicle
• your vehicle registration and tyre details
• anything you tell us about the problem, including any photos you choose to upload
• details of the work carried out and payment records
• for website enquiries: the page you sent the form from and, where present, the campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source)

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, reach your vehicle, supply and fit tyres, take payment and keep business records. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract and performing that contract, our legitimate interests in running and improving the business, and complying with legal obligations such as tax record keeping.

Website form and spam protection

Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps stop automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Form enquiries are stored securely in our website so we can follow them up, and we receive a copy by email. Only authorised staff can see them.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, our email provider and our accountant and where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries are deleted automatically after [ENQUIRY RETENTION, e.g. 180 days] unless they become a job. Job and payment records are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 6 years] for accounting purposes. Email delivery logs are kept for [LOG RETENTION, e.g. 30 days].

Cookies, fonts and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. [CONFIRM: if Google Analytics or Tag Manager is added, describe it here and in the cookie banner, and only run it with consent.]

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
