Get somewhere safe
If you can, move the vehicle off the road or to a safe spot, switch on your hazard lights and apply the handbrake.
On a fast road
Leave by the nearside door if safe to do so and wait behind the barrier, well away from traffic. Do not try to change the tyre yourself.
If you are in danger
If you feel at risk or the vehicle is causing a hazard, call 999 first. Mobile tyre work is always subject to safe access.
Do you really work through the night?
Yes. The emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Availability and an estimated arrival time are confirmed when you call.
How much does an emergency callout cost?
It depends on the tyre, your location, the time and the work needed. You are given the total price, including fitting and any callout charge, before you confirm.
What if I don’t know my tyre size?
That is fine. Give us your registration and describe the problem. If it is safe, the size is printed on the side of the tyre, such as 205/55 R16.
